Rice Hydro

This project consists of a newly constructed approximately 72,000-square-foot industrial facility designed to support both office and warehouse operations. The building was constructed using concrete wall systems, concrete and wood flooring, and a metal roof with appropriate insulation, creating a durable and efficient industrial environment.

The facility includes a two-story office component, with each level featuring its own dedicated restroom facilities. The remainder of the building is comprised of warehouse and specialized industrial spaces, tailored to meet the operational needs of the client.

Designed with functionality and flexibility in mind, this project delivers a well-balanced combination of administrative, storage, and industrial areas to support Rice Hydro’s ongoing operations.
