Eagle Valley
Middle School
The Eagle Valley Middle School project consisted of both a remodel of the existing interior portions of the school and new construction.
* New gymnasium approximately 11,000 SF
* New Admin. & Common areas, 5,800 SF
* Remodeled existing Kitchen
* Remodeled old cafeteria, administration offices, locker rooms for a new gym & classroom space.
Building & Site improvements included:
* Relocation of Parent drop-off
* New public entry point
* Outdoor Basket ball courts/ amphitheater/ play areas
There are upgrades to the existing school mechanical and lighting systems for more energy efficiency. This project was accomplished while maintaining a functioning campus of 650+/- students.
