For this project, Miles Construction delivered a fast-track, design-build 250,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building serving as a state-of-the-art recycling and aluminum manufacturing center. The facility houses advanced metal recycling operations and cutting-edge aluminum alloy production technology.

Miles Construction led the integrated design-build team, overseeing both the building development and the seamless incorporation of complex processing systems. Working in close coordination with the client’s international equipment suppliers, the team ensured successful integration of advanced processes while maintaining an accelerated project schedule, resulting in a high-performance facility built for efficiency, innovation, and long-term operational success.
