Project AssistantProject Assistant working in an office environment. Requirements include:
- Utilizing Master-builder for estimating, scheduling, accounting and purchasing
- Working in a dynamic environment with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Knowledge with AIA construction forms and documents
- Familiar with construction billing procedures and schedule of values
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of computer programs such as Sage 100 Contractor, Microsoft Excel and Word
